Ingredients

  • 400 ML OAT MILK
  • 3 PEARS
  • 10 MINT LEAVES
  • 2 TBSP RICE SYRUP
  • 1 TBSP PSYLLIUM
  • ½ ALOE VERA LEAF
  • A PINCH OF SALT

Instructions

  1. Soak the oat milk with psyllium.
  2. Core and peel the pears, and place them in a pan. Cook them with a little bit of water, with a lid on, until they are soft. Let them cool down.
  3. Cut an aloe vera leaf and peel it. We will see that has gelatin inside it. This gelatin is very beneficial to calm our digestive system. Cut a 3 cm piece and place it with the rest of the ingredients in a kitchen robot.
  4. Blend all the ingredients.
