Aloe Vera and Mint Smoothie

- 400 ML OAT MILK
- 3 PEARS
- 10 MINT LEAVES
- 2 TBSP RICE SYRUP
- 1 TBSP PSYLLIUM
- ½ ALOE VERA LEAF
- A PINCH OF SALT
- Soak the oat milk with psyllium.
- Core and peel the pears, and place them in a pan. Cook them with a little bit of water, with a lid on, until they are soft. Let them cool down.
- Cut an aloe vera leaf and peel it. We will see that has gelatin inside it. This gelatin is very beneficial to calm our digestive system. Cut a 3 cm piece and place it with the rest of the ingredients in a kitchen robot.
