Kale and Orange Sauce
Creamy and fresh kale, mustard and orange sauce that you can use for many preparations in the kitchen, such as vegetables, fish, salads and many other interesting garnishes.
This dressing will surprise you because is intense in flavour and very easy to make.

- 3 KALE LEAVES
- TBSP SESAME OIL
- 50 GR CHOPPED NUTS
- 1 TBSP TAMARI
- 1 TSP MUSTARD
- 1 TBSP ORANGE JUICE
- SALT, BLACK PEPPER
- WATER OR BROTH OF VEGETABLES TO EMULSION THE SAUCE
- Blanche the kale in boiling water. Remove from the pan and cool it down immediately.
- Then blend the kale and the rest of the ingredients. Emulsify with water or vegetable broth to achieve the desired consistency.
